I have been a fan of Marguerite Quinn for as long as she has been in public service. I know first-hand of her commitment to the numerous health, education and research organizations right here in Central Bucks County and the hundreds of thousands of dollars she has returned to this community to support these important lifesaving and job-creating entities.
Marguerite got out in front of the opioid crisis with town hall meetings and educational programs; she has served for years on community boards such as CB Cares Educational Foundation; she has championed recreation for our youth; she has worked to prevent gun violence by keeping guns away from people who shouldn’t have them, especially her most recent sponsorship of legislation that would require those convicted of abuse to be forced to timely surrender their firearms.
I have watched Marguerite literally cross the aisle while working the room in Harrisburg. We live in a state with extremely diverse regional and cultural interests so common ground is often very difficult to achieve. Marguerite is a master at finding common ground. She is well respected, effective and committed to being the best representative of our interests and needs.
Remarkably, she never forgets a name, which is a testament to her grace. I know of no other, man or woman, who would better serve us in the Pennsylvania Senate.
